The general areas of the riad, such as the courtyard and terrace, were well-maintained and provided a peaceful and relaxing space to unwind. As a senior woman, I found the riad to be very accessible, with no stairs to climb and handrails in the bathroom for added safety.

I would have appreciated more assistance from the staff, especially when it came to carrying luggage or providing extra assistance for senior guests. The children working there seemed preoccupied and not always attentive to our needs.

The location, although further away from the center of the medina, offered a peaceful and serene atmosphere.
